CHRISTUS ST. FRANCES CABRINI HOSPITAL ADDITION
Alexandria, Louisiana

Project Size: 185,000 square feet

Four-story addition to existing hospital complex. The first three floors of the building will be for various administrative and patient care while the fourth floor will be shell space. Other features include a three-story atrium, canopies for the ambulance entry and emergency public entry and a bridge connector to an existing parking area. On the northeast corner an existing connector bridge will be modified to make way for a concourse entry to the existing facility.

COMANCHE COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Lawton, Oklahoma

Client: WHR Architects, Inc.
Construction Cost: $20.0M
Project Size: 124,675 square feet

Four-story addition to existing hospital (hospital was originally built in 1951). The facility includes an outpatient surgery unit, surgery recovery area with direct access to the hospital's surgery suites, diagnostic imaging, women's imaging, pre-admit testing, public educational center that includes a computer learning service, a dedicated sports medicine clinic and orthopedic physicians' offices. Construction took only 19 months.

HALLMARK CENTER FOR HEALTH & WELLNESS

Project Size: 68,000 square feet

Two-story health care center for long-term care. The facility also contains an Alzheimer's unit, assisted living unit, arcade and community center. The second floor and roof is built with conventional steel.
